Ny bestyrelse – og nye vedtægter
Dansk Projektledelse har været igennem et par hårde år, hvor foreningen har været hårdt presset af de manglende muligheder for at afholde fysiske aktiviteter.
Ledelsen har haft stort fokus på udgiftsniveauet og sammenholdt med den kontingentforhøjelse, der blev gennemført i 2022, har det betydet, at skuden nu er vendt, og man har sorte tal på bundlinjen igen.
Det er en stor lettelse for bestyrelsen og ledelsen, at man på årets generalforsamling, der blev afholdt tirsdag den 14. marts, kunne fortælle, at man er lykkedes med den påkrævede turn around. Med positivt resultat for 2022 på ca. 500.000 kr. og et budgetteret overskud i 2023 på kr. 300.000 forventer man i bestyrelsen, at foreningens egenkapital igen vil være positiv med udgangen af 2024.

Nye vedtægter
Årets generalforsamling blev også startskuddet til en ny organisering af vores forening, idet bestyrelsens forslag til nye vedtægter blev vedtaget, og generalforsamlingen støttede enstemmigt op om Christina Foldagers kandidatur til posten som formand.
DPLs formand får fremadrettet en mere synlig rolle, idet formanden skal tegne foreningen udadtil og repræsentere medlemmernes interesser overfor samarbejdspartnere og interessenter.
Foreningen skal være katalysator for at vi i fremtiden drøfter ledelse af projekter også på samfundsniveau, så vi i samlet flok kan tydeliggøre vigtigheden af projektkompetencer og god ledelse af projekter.

Desværre måtte vi sige tak til Bo Rusbjerg, der efter flere år i DPLs bestyrelse har valgt at træde tilbage, men til gengæld kunne vi byde velkommen til tre yderst kompetente kvinder i form af:
- Judith Parus, Transportstyrelsen
- Vibeke Gregersen, Envidan
- Charlotte Risberg, RisbjergRelation
Alle indtræder i bestyrelsen med energi og ambitioner om at bidrage positivt til foreningens fortsatte udvikling.

Jeg er meget glad for, at vi på generalforsamlingen fik opbakning fra medlemmerne til at fortsætte konsolideringen af Dansk Projektledelse, som vi i bestyrelsen har arbejdet hårdt på de seneste år.
Vi mener, at de nye vedtægter og den ændrede organisation, hvor formanden fremover skal trække foreningen udad og varetage medlemmernes interesser i samfundet, er den rigtige løsning for vores forening, fordi det giver bestyrelsen større mulighed for at påvirke. foreningens udvikling, mens vi overlader driften til vores sekretariat, som både løser de daglige opgaver med medlemsservice og aktiviteter og ikke mindst vores certificering i form af IPMA.
Jeg skal sammen med bestyrelse og sekretariat gøre mit bedste for at øge kendskabet til vores forening, sikre gode og relevante tilbud til vores medlemmer og ikke mindst sætte god ledelse af projekter på den sociale dagsorden. Det fortjener foreningen, og det fortjener ProjektDanmark!
