I tirsdagstimen sætter vi fokus på de kompetencer, man på internationalt niveau vurderer, er relevante at besidde som leder af projekter, programmer og porteføljer.
De kompetencer er mere efterspurgte end nogensinde.
For at besidde en kompetence kræver det, at man kan integrere viden, færdigheder og anvendelse.
Relationer og engagement
Relationer og engagement er en nødvendig kompetence for ledere af projekter og omdrejningspunktet i denne uges tirsdagstimen.
Evnen til at skabe og udvikle personlige og professionelle relationer afgørende for samarbejde, engagementet blandt projektdeltagerne og i sidste ende et godt projekt.
Som projektleder skal du blandt andet kunne opbygge, støtte og bidrage til sociale netværk og udvise empati og skabe tillid og respekt ved at opmuntre andre til at dele deres meninger og tanker.
Ved tydeligt at kommunikere vision, mål og forventet resultat – og ved at invovlere i planlægning og beslutningstagning vil du som projektleder opleve et langt større commitment fra projektdeltagere og interessenter.
Anvendelsen af kompetencen er i fokus
I tirsdagstimen deler vi vores erfaringer og konkrete handlinger for at lære af hinanden og sætte ord på, hvordan vi anvender den viden og de færdigheder i det daglige projektarbejde.
I tirsdagstimen denne tirsdag bragte samtalen os ind på især det tidlige arbejde i projekterne og opstarten heraf – og den energi, det er muligt at skabe for hele projektet, hvis man tager rigtig fat fra start.
Nogle af de elementer vi var omkring var projektejers nødvendige opbakning, om det veltilrettelagt kickoffmøde og -worksshop, nødvendigheden af ærlighed – både om det man ved og ikke ved, tidligt i projektet.
Vi var også omkring vigtigheden af at få sat ord på forventninger til samarbejdet. Hvilket sprog vil vi fx acceptere i vores samarbejde, hvordan må vi tale til hinanden og hvordan respekterer vi bedst hinandens tid og kompetencer.
Endnu engang glædes vi over deltagernes lyst til at dele. Der er altid nogen, der har lyst til at tage os alle med ind i deres univers og dele ud af succeser og læringspunkter. Det er en fornøjelse!

Tirsdagstimen havde sin første debut på LinkedIn Audio Live i tirsdags, og det gik over al forventning. Den nervøsitet, der knytter sig til at tage ny teknologi i brug i et offentligt setup, blev heldigvis gjort til skamme.
LinkedIn Audio viste sig at være et rigtig godt sted at fortsætte den dialogen uden billeder og uden video. Kun båret af ord og beskrivelser drøfter vi projekternes verden og fokuserer på kompetencer. Det er et stærkt supplement til DPLs webinarer og fysiske arrangementer.
