IPMA Young Crew er en platform for unge og studerende, som ønsker at tage del i et netværk med nye og kommende projektledere i Danmark og internationalt. Som Young Crew medlem får du adgang til at opbygge et professionelt netværk, hvor det bliver muligt at omsætte ny viden til kompetencer.
Gennem dialog med ligesindede interessenter bliver du en del af et fællesskab, hvor egen motivation for deltagelse bliver udviklet på medlemmerne imellem. Netværket muliggør at opnå sparring omkring din egen personlige udvikling som projektleder, herunder kendskab til supplerende værktøjer og metoder indenfor ledelse af projekter. Ved at deltage aktivt i IPMA Young Crew’s mange udvalgte events og webinarer, internationalt såvel som nationalt, får du som ung eller studerende prøvet kræfter af med, hvordan du selv placerer dig bedst som ny eller kommende projektleder.
Bliv en del af IPMA Young Crew
Det er nu særdeles attraktivt for studerende at være medlem af Dansk Projektledelse. For kun 100 kroner kan studerende blive medlem og få adgang til alle vores webinarer, arrangementer og Tidsskriftet.
Når du har studentermedlemskab hos DPL, bliver du automatisk IPMA Young Crew Participant, og får derigennem adgang til et kæmpe internationalt netværk af unge projektledere, samt adgang til de specifikke Young Crew events. Hvis du ønsker begrænset medlemskab uden at betale, kan du benytte dig af vores igangværende gratis tilbud og blive YC Participant, hvor det primære formål er at tappe ind i det internationale IPMA YC netværk. Her har du dog begrænset adgang.
Hvis du er studerende er medlemskabet en oplagt mulighed for at få indblik i, hvad det vil sige at være projektleder, både i Danmark og Internationalt. Fra første dag får man som medlem adgang til et bredt netværk, som kan hjælpe, støtte og inspirere dig både i studietiden og ved begyndelsen på din karriere. De ambitiøse kan tidligt få værdifuld projektledererfaring på Cv’et via vores IPMA Young Crew events.
The Project Management Championship is a 3 stage competition consisting of a qualification round, the national finals and the international final. The international final will be hosted each year by a different country. PM Championships is targeted at full-time students at higher education studying project-related courses. Its core objectives are to enhance student involvement in the field of project management, to raise the interest in professional project management at a national and international level, as well as to advance the dialogue, the knowledge sharing and know-how between research and the business world.

The IPMA Young Project Manager of the Year award is open to project managers aged between 18 to 35 at the time of applying with demonstrated professional skills, who have worked/are working on any type of project anywhere in the world. The application is open for both IPMA members and non-members of IPMA. If IPMA member association (MA) is organizing the competition locally, the winner of the national or regional award is to be submitted to the international award by the MA.

Global eCollaboration Competition (GeCCo) is an international virtual 24-hour project management case study competition for young project managers and students interested in project management organized by IPMA Young Crew. Who should apply? The competition is addressed to all young project management professionals and students interested in project management from officially recognized Young Crew countries, disregarding their practical experience or area of expertise, but with a sufficient level of knowledge in project management. Participants are chosen among the national YCs that have registered to GeCCo.

Global PM Days is a 2-day online conference on project management that brings together world-class speakers to spread and share knowledge and expertise by connecting experts to individuals. The conference is organized by IPMA Young Crew to support the growth of young project managers and students by boosting their personal and interpersonal competences.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND AND WHY
The conference is addressed and open to everyone interested in developing personal and interpersonal competences required to successfully participate in or lead projects. It’s a conference that: is held twice a year in an online format is streamed live with video recordings available for later viewing brings together 500+ attendees from 50+ countries
