Anders var på udkig efter et alternativ til en personaledag fyldt med PowerPoint-præsentationer. Han kendte allerede til ProjektKIT inden spillet var færdigudviklet og produceret, og var faktisk en af de første købere af spillet da det blev sat til salg for første gang. Han havde læst om spillet i en artikel på Dansk Projektledelses hjemmeside. Desuden havde han også set at Dansk Projektledelse har eksekveret medlemsarrangementer hvor man kunne mødes og spille ProjektKIT sammen med andre medlemmer af Dansk Projektledelse.
Anders havde tidligere spillet ProjektKIT, men denne fredag eftermiddag indeholdt et indslag om brætspillets regler med Flemming Feilberg, som er skaberen af brætspillet. De var 3-4 spillere pr. bræt denne fredag eftermiddag.

Med Flemming Feilberg som spilmaster var det lettere for dem at involvere os i spillet og følge de regler der er i det. Under spillet kunne man tydeligt høre engagementet og involveringen af de enkelte medarbejdere, som også kunne relatere spillets episoder med vores daglige projekter. ”Det er jo ligesom da vi lavede det projekt med…”, sagde de. Spillet tager afsæt i specifikke problemer der kan ske under et projektforløb, og det er helt igennem relaterbart uanset hvilken erfaring man har eller hvilke kompetencer man bisidder. Da spillet sætter problemstillinger i perspektiv, er det helt naturligt et godt diskussionsgrundlag, og når man er inde i reglerne og er begyndt at spille, lever deltagerne sig helt naturligt ind i de problemer der dukker op under brætspillets felter.
